Welcome to Durant Oaks Property Owners Association, Inc aka Durant Oaks web site.  We are 23 home non-profit, Deed Restricted Community developed by  Lyons-Raffo Corp.   The Association was originally incorporated in May 1982 as Durant Property Owners Association, Inc.  The new name, Durant Oaks Property Owners Association, Inc. was adopted February 2010.

We are nestled in the outskirts of Tampa, the city of Valrico in Hillsborough County, Florida.   The community is surrounded by wooded land and Hillsborough County parks that extends habitat to many wildlife animals such as raccoon, possum, armadillo and birds.   Excellent schools district with schools K - 12 located within walking, biking or driving distance.
